Paraskevi Constantinides

Paraskevi Constantinides is from Dublin, California and attends the Resurrection Church in Castro Valley. She just finished her third year of undergraduate studies at Regis University in Denver, Colorado to earn her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science with a  double minor in Neuroscience Psychology. With this, she hopes to build a career working with kids with disabilities to be able to adapt to their prosthetics. When she isn’t studying, she is working for a non-profit organization or sipping tea and reading an action or mystery novel. She enjoys friendly competition in both physical and mental challenges as well as the outdoors from the beach, to the snow, and to anything in between. She is excited to return to the fun of All Saints Camp this summer!

Stefania Coxon

Originally from the Chicago-land area, Stefania relocated to Arizona in 2013 in pursuit of a warmer, sunnier lifestyle. She is a woman wearing many hats, currently working in Tempe as a permanent substitute teacher for K-12th grade, along with coaching volleyball and running children's activity programs on cruise ships around the world. In her free time, she enjoys as much adventure as possible, including: camping, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, playing sand volleyball, and exploring new places. This will be Stef's first year at ASC, and she is beyond excited to guide and share new, wonderful experiences with everyone at camp.

Juliana Delsante

This is Juliana's second year as a counselor for All Saints Camp after a very long career as a camper. She goes to Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, where she plays for their softball team and dances on their ballroom dance team. She's a Classics major on the Ancient Greek track and uses all her free time to translate ancient texts (but be careful if you ask her about it because she has a lot to say). Juliana is looking forward to another year of fanny packs, glitter, and campfire songs and she can't wait to meet all the new campers!

Athanasia Fourlis

Athanasia currently attends Arizona State University, where she is pursuing a major in nursing. Though she loves traveling and has a passion for exploring new places, her heart will always be in Phoenix, where she grew up attending Holy Trinity Cathedral. Athanasia is so excited to meet her campers and use her experiences as a camper from All Saints, Saint Nicholas Ranch, and Ionian Village to make this summer the best one yet as a counselor. During her breaks in between chem tests, you can find Athanasia using a fake name at Starbucks (#growingupGreek), babysitting for Busy Bee’s (as seen in her Snapchat stories playing with lightsabers), or soaking up the sun in that great AZ weather. She cannot wait to see you all at camp!

She is studying English Literature, Religious Studies, and Geographical Information Sciences and is hoping to pursue further education in the following years. While this is Chryse's first time attending All Saints Camp, she has been a counselor at other Orthodox camps on the West Coast. In her free time, Chryse enjoys hiking, exploring thrift stores and used bookstores, watching The Office, and hanging out with her dogs. She is very excited to escape the California desert heat to spend a week in the Arizona heat with all of you!

Staci Vaughn

Staci is a criminal justice major at the University of Arizona..BEAR DOWN! When she isn’t studying or applying hair products, Staci can be found with her friends or online shopping. Her love for summer camp started at All Saints and has taken her to St. Nicholas Ranch and Ionian Village where she had the best summers of her life.  Her infectious laugh will bring nothing but joy to the campers this summer. A true believer in the saying, “be yourself; everyone else is already taken,” Staci hopes to encourage campers to drop their "cool cards" and have fun. She is so grateful for her experiences that have allowed her to grow in her Orthodox faith, and she is hyped to be apart of the memories that this year of camp will bring!
